About Nesmith Properties LLC

Nesmith Properties LLC was founded in 2011 by Colorado Real Estate Broker Ben Nesmith.  Ben has been a successful real estate investor ever since buying his first property in 2004.  Since that time Ben has amased a healthy portfolio of rental properties, as well as done a number of "fix and flips".

 

In 2011 Ben decided to put his wealth of practical real estate knowledge to use in helping others buy and sell real estate.  He studied for and obtained his Colorado Real Estate license and started Nesmith Properties LLC.  Ben started the company with the goal of leveraging his passion for real estate, his experience, his technical savy, and his constant desire to learn into a succuessfull real estate brokerage and investment company.

 

Nesmith Properties' mission is to 1) provide expert guidance to clients in the buying and selling of residential real estate, 2) improve local Denver neighborhoods by fixing up dilapidated properties, 3) always serve our clients' best interests, and 4) always be bettering ourselves through education and networking.
